We started repairing windscreens over 5 years ago and have gone on to build a successful business specialising in windscreen chip repairs.

Previously qualified and worked as a Vehicle Technician for over a decade which has given us knowledge, skill and experience within the motor industry. 

With a focus on client satisfaction and safety we are dedicated to achieving high standards and producing a quality service.

My equipment

I use Delta Kits to carry out all repairs as Delta manufactures only the finest quality windscreen repair products and is constantly evaluating new technologies to keep customers on the cutting edge. The Premium Glass Repair Resin which I use have been developed specifically for the windscreen repair industry and meet the most stringent tests for strength, clarity, cure time, longevity as well as Organic and Vegan.

They also carry the prestigious BS AU 242 1991 certification mark.

Guaranteed work

All repairs are guaranteed for 3 months; upon proof of receipt and providing that there has been no change in vehicle owner, there had been no previous attempt to  repair the damage prior to our repair and that no additional impact had been incurred.  

Due to the process of using pressure and vacuum cycles to repair laminated automotive glass and the unstable properties of already broken glass, the damaged area may develop additional cracks or existing cracks may increase in length. These problems are very rare and occur in less than 2% of all windscreen repairs performed. In the unlikely event that we cannot repair the damage or the damage grows in length during the repair process JJWCR liability is limited to a refund of any amount charged for the attempted repair.

The windscreen chip repair takes just 25 minutes on average. Thousands of car windscreens pick up windscreen chips and damage every day, and that can quickly turn into a crack and an expensive full windscreen replacement.

Punctual and professional

Joel was an outstanding person to deal with!
He was punctual and professional. He clearly cares for the
quality of his work and attention to detail.

He came out on a Saturday to fix a crack in my windscreen and pointed out another small crack I completely missed.

Given that its more cost effective to get more than 1 done at the same time, I was extremely pleased!
